Could you use the $8000 tax credit in Morrow County ?

I know it is kind of confusing.  Figuring out just who qualifies for the "gift" and who doesn't anyway?  In Morrow County, Ohio potential home buyers are paying attention and are starting to realize that this is the best time to by a home in Morrow County. Although credit is a little more difficult to obtain for some, many folks have had other reasons for not owning their own home before now. But right now buyers can not only take advantage of the $8000 "gift" from Uncle Sam, but also by getting out of the "rental rut" they can use tax deductions of mortgage interest and property taxes. At the end of the year, when the tax return is done, those will be happy buyers.
